Our mission
SpotPris helps households and businesses in Sweden and Norway stay informed about electricity spot prices — for free, without requiring you to switch electricity provider. We believe everyone deserves to know when the price spikes and when it is cheap, so they can make smarter decisions about their energy use.
How it works
We fetch spot prices directly from Nord Pool via trusted data partners — elprisetjustnu.se for Sweden and hvakosterstrommen.no for Norway. Prices are updated every hour and displayed as hourly charts, giving you a clear picture of today's electricity cost in your zone.

Sweden: SE1 (Luleå), SE2 (Sundsvall), SE3 (Stockholm), SE4 (Malmö)
Norway: NO1 (Oslo), NO2 (Kristiansand), NO3 (Molde), NO4 (Tromsø), NO5 (Bergen)
Data sources
All electricity prices are sourced from the Nord Pool exchange, the leading power market in Europe. Nord Pool publishes next-day spot prices daily around 13:00 CET. SpotPris displays these prices without modification — what you see is the raw market price, excluding VAT, grid fees, and supplier margins.

The market price, called the spot price, varies every hour depending on how much electricity is produced (wind, hydro, nuclear) and how much is consumed.
